Reschedule & Cancellations

Need to reschedule an appointment? We understand! Please review this policy to avoid unnecessary fees.

Automated appointment reminders

As a courtesy, we send automated 48 hour and 24 hour reminders of your upcoming appointment via text and email, to help prevent accidentally missing your appointment.

Late arrival

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we do not guarantee that you will receive the full treatment and may be subject to a reschedule fee if we cannot complete the appointment in the scheduled time. We do not like to rush our appointments, please arrive on time and be prepared for a treatment by following the pre-care instructions given in advance.

Required notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly. If you know you’re unable to make your appointment, please let us know then so we can free up our schedule to other clients.

Insufficient notice

If you cancel or reschedule without providing 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

No-show

We consider a “No Show” if you miss your scheduled appointment  or cancel within two hours of your scheduled appointment time. In this case, you will be charged 75% of the services to your card stored on file. A continued history of no-shows may result in refusal of service.

Why this policy?

Luxe Laser operates on a by-appointment-only schedule. When you do not show up for your appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have been scheduled during your appointment time and so a fee is charged to compensate for lost revenue.
